This video demonstrates how one Creator can assign a contact to another Creator within ClientWindow. In some organisations, more than one team member has a private relationship with a shared contact. By implementing this method, those WhatsApp interactions can be kept private and specific to each team member.
The video begins by showing how a Creator creates a new Client Space, adds a team member, and then creates a new contact by entering the client’s WhatsApp number, including the country code. Once saved, the contact appears under Participants, and a chat can be created within that Client Space (0:24 to 1:38).
Next, the video shows a second Creator attempting to create the same contact. ClientWindow displays a message confirming that the WhatsApp number already exists and has already been created by another Creator. The second Creator is prompted to request access in order to use that contact (1:43 to 2:36).
The video then explains how the original Creator can grant access by opening the Client Space settings, selecting Manage Creators, and adding the second Creator (2:47 to 3:13).
Once access is granted, the second Creator can view the Client Space and create their own separate group chat with the shared contact. The video highlights that Creators cannot see each other’s existing chats, ensuring conversations remain private and separate for each Creator (3:25 to 4:14).
